What: Closing the Book on Harry Potter Book 7 Celebration
Where: Emily K Family Life Center, 904 W. Chapel Hill Street, next to Immaculata Catholic School.
When: 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, July 21
Come on out to the Emily K Family Life Center at 904 W. Chapel Hill Street in downtown Durham to celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! All ages are welcome and no registration is required.
Events will include a costume contest, a magic show and wizard crafts. Those who have been up all night reading can gather in the Spoiler Zone and discuss the book. If you are still waiting for your copy, drop your name into the sorting hat for a chance to check the book or audiobook out before anyone else!
DJ Piddipat will be spinning the best in wizard rock for your enjoyment. You might win a door prize! You will definitely get a goody bag. Don't miss the biggest party of the summer!
