The Seventeen Magazine Project is one girl's blog about her attempt to live life for one month according to the advice she finds in Seventeen Magazine. She tries some fashion and hair tips, pursues Seventeen approved leisure activities and (gasp) attends prom the Seventeen way.
She also does some great analysis on how Seventeen reflects (or fails to reflect) the social and cultural aspects of the lives of real teens. If you are interested in a critique of how the media and marketers see teens, this is one blog you cannot miss.
